The fantastic coasts of the island of Formentera are formed from beautiful beaches and small set apart inlets, some of which rich of almost invisible caves. Altogether the sea is splendid and among the beaches more beautiful to frequent they are signalled: Cala Saona, Coves d’en Xeroni, Es Calo e Es Pujols. The urban center St. Francesc Xavier is a small village of bleached houses, ideal place to take a coffee in the cafes leaned out on the classical sunned plazas. Not having an airport to reach Formentera in departure is needed by the harbors of Ibiza with a brief journey of about 30 minutes crossing around eleven miles sea. In the Airport of Ibiza they arrive one crowd of international flights, from the principal European cities. Known as the Caribbean Mediterranean, the isolates of Formentera fà it departs some natural reserve of Ses Salines. Small and calm, it is the ideal place for the one who wants to rest from the discos and from the endless nighttime life of Ibiza hocking the, time along the beaches, or making small excursions. The evening to Formentera is possible to taste the specialties gastronomic in one of the numerous restaurants scattered anywhere, tasting the kitchen base place of fish.
